These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish a legal and binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User" or "You") and Bellmeyer Law, PC ("Firm").  Please note, these Terms apply to the use of ("Website") and any use of this site is subject to these Terms.  By using the Website, you represent that you have read and accept these Terms.  If you review the contents of these Terms or the Website's Privacy Policy and determine that they are unsatisfactory, please cease and refrain from continued use of the Website.

The Firm has a principal place of business in the the County of Riverside, State of California.  The attorneys at the Firm are licensed solely in the State of California and the information presented on this Website should be construed to apply only to the State of California.  The attorneys at Bellmeyer Law do not practice in other states unless expressly stating otherwise.
