Bellmeyer Law, PC treats the privacy of clients and potential clients with the utmost care.  This notice details the practices of Bellmeyer Law, PC for its website, www.bellmeyerlaw.com ("Website").  The below information identifies what is collected from you through the Website, how it will be used, and how it will be shared.  Additionally, it provides you with information regarding your rights as they relate to your personal information.  If you have any questions or believe the Website has misused your information, please contact the firm immediately.

However, the Website does not access, collect, or otherwise store information unless you provide the information through contact sheets, email newsletter sign ups, or through a similar alternative means.  This information will be use for the sole purpose of contacting you about potential representation or responding to inquiries.  None of this information will be shared with third parties, sold, leased, or distributed.  Notwithstanding the above, we may share your information when (a) you authorize the firm to do so; (b) when third parties require the information on your behalf in furtherance of representation; (c) pursuant to court order; (d) in connection with a business transaction related to your representation; (e) when the Firm believes disclosure is necessary to prevent financial harm, physical harm, or a crime against a third party; or (f) as otherwise required by law. ​

Any sensitive information which may be collected through this Website, including payment information, is encrypted and kept secure.  The security for a particular page can be verified through a lock symbol in your URL bar or through the appropriately identified hypertext transfer protocol.

YOUR INFORMATION

 

Any use of personal information including phone numbers and email addresses, can be ceased at ay time.  While the information provided may be used for newsletters or to provide updates in the changes in California Law, you can update your information, request deletion of your information, or opt out of these methods of contact at any time upon express request.  If you have a concern about the use of your information or would like to opt out of future communications, please contact the Firm directly.  Upon request, the Firm will provide a description of all information which has been obtained through the Website or which was obtained during the course of representation.

DO NOT TRACK

 

The California Business & Professions Code provides California residents with the right to know how a website trackls and responds to "Do Not Track" server settings. ("DNT")  As you may know, your browser software should contain an option which, if activated, sends the Website a notice that your information is not tracked.  Bellmeyer Law does not track or otherwise engage with DNT signals.
